Without a doubt, St.Lucia has some of the Finest Restaurants in The Caribbean. Dishes to suit all tastes and budgets.

There is always a Restaurant close by, wherever you are in St.Lucia, selling delicious local dishes and tidbits. Great tasting meals can be whipped up in a flash when visiting some of the more rural restaurants scattered around St.Lucia. It is highly recommended that  you visit one of these local Restaurants if you are a visitor to St.Lucia. Fresh fish meals with ground provisions are quickly prepared with a sprinkling of vegetables and St.Lucia's famous hot pepper sauce. Prices are very reasonable and will leave you promising to come back for more....which, by the way, you probably will.

Most of the upscale Restaurants are located in the towns of Soufriere, in the South, and Rodney Bay, in the North.

Rodney Bay is where you will find Indian, Chinese, Italian, French and International Restaurants which cater for your every need. Open air dining to cosy little Romantic restaurants can easily be found in Rodney Bay, which is the hub of St.Lucia night-life and where most of the tourists congregate during the evenings.  There are also beach restaurants available and many ice-cream parlours.

Soufriere has a more refined character, with smart Restaurants overlooking some of the most spectacular scenery to be found in the Caribbean. Fine dining at its best.

The world famous Marigot Bay, on the East coast of St.Lucia, also boasts some fine restaurants. All of which are either on or very near to the Bay, which has appeared in many feature films.
